Lifetime Care
Journey offers maintenance and repair services for wedding and engagement rings created in our atelier, even after they have been delivered.
From resizing to refinishing, we carefully assess each piece and provide the most appropriate care to help preserve it for years to come.
Please note that certain repairs may not be possible depending on the design, materials, or construction of the ring.
Repair services may incur additional charges depending on the work required.
Maintenance Services
The services listed below are available free of charge for one month following delivery.
For maintenance requests after this period, we will provide a quotation and estimated completion time based on the condition of your piece. Most services are completed within approximately two weeks.
Ring Resizing
We offer ring resizing to ensure a comfortable fit over time.
Available adjustment ranges vary by design.
Polishing & Refinishing
We restore the surface finish of your jewellery, bringing it closer to its original appearance.
Available for both polished and matte finishes.
Reshaping
We can repair bent or distorted rings and restore them as closely as possible to their original shape.
Stone Repair
We repair loose or missing stones and restore damaged settings.
Replacement stones can be provided if needed. Additional charges may apply.
